Soup Sippers

With winter upon us at Gold Canyon, it’s nice to offer your guests a nice warm sip of soup after they come in from the cold of your wedding ceremony. Soup sipper may be offered in little votive candle cups, or one of many recyclable offerings in the catering industry. Gold Canyon Golf Resort and Spa offers a variety of soup sippers for your wedding. Clam chowder garnished with a single oyster cracker, tomato bisque with a grilled cheese wedge, Butternut Squash with a cinnamon crouton, or good old vegetable soup with a dried beet ‘Chip’ garnish are all good choices. These soup sipper can also be offered and a mini soup course during a seated served dinner, or offered as a late night snack to your guests before they head out into the cold for their journey home.
